How do I remove a Starlink from a service line using the dashboard?


Note: A Starlink must be removed from a service line before it can be unlocked and transferred to a different account.

  1. Select the "Subscriptions" tab and select the service line you want to remove
  2. Then select "Manage" in the Service Plan box
  3. Select "Remove Starlink"
  4. The Starlink can now be unlocked from the account
