The dashboard within your portal shows statuses next to your service line(s). These indicate the current state of the associated service line(s).
Possible statuses include:
- "Inactive" - Indicates the service line has been deactivated and the end date has passed. Inactive service lines will remain on the account indefinitely. If you need to reactivate a service line, please reach out to customer support. Alternatively, you can remove the Starlink assigned to this service line and create a new one.
- "Ending MM/DD/YYYY" - Indicates the service line has been deactivated and the end date has not yet passed.
- "Deposit" - Indicates if a particular service line is in a deposit status (Note: this status may also appear if there is an active service line in your account that does not have a Starlink assigned).
- "Paused" - Indicates that the service line has been paused and the end date has passed. For more information on un-pausing service, please read "How does pausing service work?"
- "Restricted" - Indicates the service has been restricted, and an alert should be associated with the service line to give more information on why service was disabled. Reasons include no service in ocean, too far from service address, etc.
- "Suspended" - Indicates service has been suspended to the account. To unsuspend an account, please ensure all invoices have been paid and any know your customer information has been submitted. If you have any questions, please reach out to customer support.
Only service lines with a Starlink terminal associated will appear in the dashboard. The "Manage Starlinks" page will show Starlinks Not on Service Lines and Empty Service Lines, or service lines that do not have hardware associated. Active service lines without a terminal assigned will still be billed on your billing date. If you wish to cancel service lines without a terminal associated, go to Empty Service Lines, select the service line, and cancel service.
