Ensure you have followed all of the setup steps in the Starlink App:

1. Find a clear view of the sky. Use your mobile device and find "Check for Obstructions" tool on the Starlink app (iOS, Android) to identify the most optimal install location that will deliver the best service.

   • Alignment - Video, FAQ (not required for Starlink Standard Actuated kits)

2. Plug Starlink into power and verify everything is securely connected. To find specific installation guidance for your Starlink kit, check below for resources such as setup guides, accessory guides, specs guides and installation videos.

3. Once your Starlink is powered on it may take up to 30 minutes to get online. If you connect to Starlink Wifi but still offline after 30 minutes then please reboot the equipment. Click on the status message on the Starlink App and follow the guidance.

   • App Says Disconnected - Connect to your Starlink WiFi
   • App Says Starlink is Offline - Disconnected
   • App Says Starlink is Offline - Booting
   • App Says Starlink is Offline - Searching
   • App Says - Poor Cable Connection

4. Factory Reset the Starlink router if you are not able to connect to Wifi.
