Never Received Email to Set Up My Account
If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your first Starlink shop order on a new account, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at sign up. If so, try opening the Account Recovery Page, selecting "By Phone", entering your phone number, and clicking the "Request Password Reset" Button. This will reset your password and automatically log you into your account so you can update all your account information like your email address.
If you forgot your email or password and cannot sign in, you can follow below instructions to sign into your account:
If you have access to email
- Open the Account Recovery Page
- Under Forgot Password, select "By Email"
- Enter the email associated with your account
- Click "Request Password Reset" button
- Open email with subject "Reset Your Starlink Password" and follow instructions to reset your password - this will automatically log you into your account
- Note: check spam folder for email and ensure there is enough space in your inbox.
If you do not have access to email but have access to phone
- Open the Account Recovery Page
- Under Forgot Password, select "By Phone"
- Note: if your phone number is a landline, this option will not work because you will not be able to utilize the SMS text message reset feature
- Enter the phone number associated with your account
- Click "Request Password Reset" button
- Follow instructions on your SMS text message to reset your password - this will automatically log you into your account
If you do not have access to both email and phone:
- Open the Locked Out Recovery Page
- Fill in your name, email, and phone number on the form and click "Next" button
- Open email with subject "Verify your email address" and click "Create Ticket" button to open a chat with our AI Assistant
- Note: check spam folder for email and ensure there is enough space in your inbox.
- Share with our AI Assistant your situation ("I don't have access to email or phone")
- Go through the flow to provide required information to create a support ticket to connect you with a customer support agent that will help you sign back into the account

If you are a residential customer and you're unable to get online or are suddenly offline, you can call 1-866-606-5103 in the US or 1-888-864-1321 in Canada for phone support. This service is currently in a trial phase and is only for Starlink customers in the U.S. and Canada who are dealing with connection issues. For other concerns, please submit a Starlink ticket. The phone line is open 24/7.
