Easy Switch is available exclusively for accounts registered in Belgium.
You can use Easy Switch when switching to Starlink:
- Simply sign up for Starlink service and submit a support ticket. Include your Easy Switch ID, customer number from your previous provider, and the desired cancellation date. Mention 'Easy Switch' in the ticket's subject line. We'll handle the cancellation with your previous provider and notify you once it's complete.
You can use Easy Switch when switching from Starlink:
- You can locate your Starlink Easy Switch ID in the 'Service Lines' section of your invoices. Your customer number is your account number, also displayed on your invoices, and will be formatted like ACC-###. Provide this information to your new service provider and we'll take it the rest of the way!
