How do I cancel my shop order?


You can cancel your shop order (mounts, accessories) if your order has not been packed for shipment yet:

Website:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to: 'Your Orders'
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. At the bottom of the order summary, choose 'Cancel Order'
  5. Confirm cancellation (order status will change to "Cancelled")

You will not have the option to cancel your shop order once it has been packed or shipped. In this case, you can attempt to contact the carrier listed in your tracking information after it ships or you may return the item after it has been delivered.

Starlink App: 

  1. Login to the Starlink App
  2. Select the 'Person' icon
  3. Select the 'Orders' page
  4. From here you can select the order you want to cancel 
  5. Once the order is selected, slide to cancel the order at the bottom of the screen
  6. Click 'Yes' in the pop-up window
