How do I cancel my shop order?


You can cancel your shop order (mounts, accessories, etc.) if your order has not been packed for shipment yet. Once your order is placed your 3 hour window to update your order will start. Once this passes your order will be released and may no longer be able to be cancel. In this case, you can attempt to contact the carrier listed in your tracking information after it ships or you may return the item after it has been delivered.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Under "Your Orders" tab, select the affected order
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Under "Order Details", choose 'Cancel Order'
  5. Confirm cancellation (order status will change to "Cancelled")

Starlink App: 

  1. Login to the Starlink App
  2. Select the 'Person' icon
  3. Select the 'Orders' page
  4. From here you can select the order you want to cancel 
  5. Once the order is selected, slide to cancel the order at the bottom of the screen
  6. Click 'Yes' in the pop-up window
