Land: All areas labeled as "Available", "Waitlist", or "Coming Soon" on the Starlink Availability Map are considered land regions. Local Priority Plans can be used for inland coverage (including lakes and rivers) only; not for global or ocean use. Services may be used (i) locally in-country, or (ii) for up to 60 consecutive days within your region in a location outside the country of your service address.
Ocean: Ocean areas are colored as black on the Starlink Availability Map, including islands, unless they are labeled "Available", "Waitlist", or "Coming Soon". Global Priority and Roam Unlimited with Ocean Mode can both be used on the ocean.
