The ability to update the IP policy to a Public IP is only available to the Local and Global Priority service plans. To update your IP policy:
- Login to your account: starlink.com/account
 
- Select the "Account" tab at the top of your account page.
 
- Select the "Subscriptions" tab on the left side
 
- Select the service line you would like to update the IP policy for
 
- Select "Edit" next to "IP Policy"
 
- Select "Public IP" 
 
- Save
 
- Reboot your Starlink
 
Business accounts can manually update their IP address to a Public IP by following the steps listed above or below:
- Login to your account: starlink.com/account
 
- Select the "Dashboard" tab at the top of your account page.
 
- Next to the name of your service line, select the "Go to service line"-icon 
 
- Select "Edit" next to "IP Policy"
 
- Select "Public IP" 
 
- Save
 
- Reboot your Starlink
