Customers in select markets can rent Starlink Hardware at no-cost in addition to the monthly service fee. Renting offers a flexible option to use Starlink internet for customers in select countries. Starlink kits may only be rented for Residential or Roam service plans.
Note: There is a 1 kit rental limit per account. Customers that received a Starlink Rental Kit must return their kit in good condition within 30 days of cancelling service. Normal wear and tear is expected. If you do not return the kit in good condition, you will be charged the full price of the Starlink Kit. Other terms and conditions may apply. Terms and duration are subject to change.
Once you receive your Starlink kit and activate service; we will automatically charge your payment method on file for the monthly service fee making this your reoccurring Payment Due Date.
If you do not activate service within 30 days post-shipment, billing will automatically begin then, making that the Payment Due Date. All future subscription payments will be charged every month on the above Payment Due Date.
