Change Email Address


Website:

  1. Login to Starlink Account

  2. Navigate to the "Settings" page and select "Edit Profile"

  3. Enter new email address and confirm email address

  4. A verification email will be sent to the new email address

  5. Open and Click 'Verify My Email'

  6. Once verified, both Login and Email communication will be updated on the Account

Starlink App:

  1. Select the 'Person" icon

  2. Click on your name

  3. Select the pencil icon next to "Email & Sign In" section

  4. Enter your new email address and Save

  5. Verify the email verification sent to your new email

Note: If you are performing this action on the app, and recieved an error, this may mean your app version is outdated. Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the app, or try again in your account on Starlink.com in a browser.
