Yes, provided your current internet connection is limited by the strength or speed of your WiFi signal.

The Gen 3 router has higher speeds and a much improved range compared to previous generation Starlink routers, making it better able to provide a strong and fast WiFi signal throughout your home. However, the Gen 3 router will not impact the speed between your Starlink and our satellite network. So if you currently have strong WiFi signal throughout your home, you should not expect an improvement if you were to switch to a Gen 3 Router.

You can check to see if a new router will help improve the speed of your devices by running an advanced speed test in the Starlink App. The advanced speed test shows the speed of your connection to your router and the speed of your Starlink connection. To run the advanced speed test, first run a normal speed test from the Starlink App home screen, when completed click "run advanced speed test". You will want to test several areas around your home as the strength of your WiFi signal can vary greatly depending how close you are to the router.
