You can upgrade your Starlink hardware by following these steps below to order the new hardware in the Shop, activate it on a new service line, and deactivate your previous service line:
On starlink.com Website:
- Log into your account on starlink.com
- Navigate to the "Shop" tab
- Select "Order Another Starlink"
- Select how you would like to use Starlink
- Select your desired Hardware, Service Plan, and Accessories
- Check out & place your order
- Navigate to "Your Subscription" on the Account Home Page
- Select "Manage" button under "Service Plan"
- Select "Cancel Service"
