You can change or upgrade your Starlink hardware by following these steps below to order new hardware in the Shop, activate it on a new service line, and deactivate your previous service line:

Please start a chat with our Starlink AI Assistant and explain your situation ("you have new Starlink hardware and would like to replace your existing Starlink hardware") so the Starlink AI Assistant will suggest a support ticket. This support ticket will connect you with a customer support agent that can further assist.
