Once your order is placed, you have a small window (between 1-3 hours) to update your order including canceling the order or changing the order's shipping address. Once this window passes, your order will be released to distribution for processing and can no longer be updated.
Note: After your order is released to distribution, its order status will remain in "Pending" status until order ships - it cannot be cancelled during this time.
