How do I find my order number?
To locate your order number, please follow steps below:
Website:
- Login to your account
- Select the "Account" tab
- Click on the "Orders" box
- The order number will be located in the "Order Number" column
Starlink App:
- Login to the Starlink App
- Select the "Person" icon
- Select the "Orders" page
- Click the order you're looking for to see the details for the order
- The order number is shown at the top of the screen
