What is the Social Internet Tariff (TSI)?
Created by Decree-Law No. 66/2021, of July 30, the Social Internet Access Tariff (TSI) applies to certain consumers with low incomes or with special social needs.
Minimum service characterstics:
Minimum Speed: 12 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload
Minimum Data Limit: 15 GB/month
Who can benefit from TSI?
How is the assignment request made?
Interested parties must apply for the TSI by submitting the request form. Please complete the entire form. After collecting the necessary information, we will forward the request to ANACOM, which will be responsible for verifying the eligibility of the potential beneficiary through consultation with the Social Security services and the Tax and Customs Authority. If ANACOM confirms your eligiblity, we will contact you based on the information provided in the request form to finalize your order. By submitting this information to Starlink, you authorize Starlink to send this information, and any other subsequently obtained information related to TSI eligibility to ANACOM
TSI for Universit students
The TSI can also be applied to university students belonging to households with an annual income equal to or less than €5808.00, plus 50%, for each member of the household who has no income, including their own, up to a limit of 10 people.
In the case of university students belonging to eligible households, the request must be accompanied by a statement proving enrollment in a higher education establishment and a document proving the current residence address (certificate from the parish council, invoice for services, etc.). These documents will be requested after we receive your initial request for TSI, by contacting the interested party.
What are TSI's prices?
The TSI has a monthly fee of €5 + VAT (currently €6,15). Under the TSI, the equipment will be sold for a maximum of €21.45 + VAT (currently €26.38), which can be paid in instalments of 6, 12 or 24 months.

By submitting a request for the TSI, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
In addition, if your circumstances change such that you no longer qualify for TSI, you he must notify Starlink within 30 days of such change. Users qualifying as a university students must provide Starlink with evidence of TSI eligibility annually, no later than 1 October of each year. Open a ticket in the user portal to submit this information. Failure to provide evidence of eligiblity on an annual basis is a violation of our terms of service.
