In order to protect customers from unauthorised high-risk interactions (things that, for example, could result in losing access to service, a change in personal information, adding or removing an authorised representative or an additional charge to your account), Starlink will use identity authentication processes in accordance with Australian law to verify your identity when those types of interactions take place.
If you suspect that your Starlink service or account has been subject to fraud, you should immediately report the activity to Starlink and to your financial services provider.
