Starlink provides two-way satellite-based internet service (“Service”), receivable with a Starlink dish, Wi-Fi router, power supply and mounts (“Starlink Kit” or “Kit”).

Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of Services are not guaranteed. Actual speeds will likely be lower than the maximum speeds during peak usage hours. Starlink may temporarily reduce speeds if our network is congested. Starlink reserves the right to engage in reasonable network administration to protect the network in general, including analyzing traffic patterns to optimize services and prevent the distribution of viruses or other malicious code. Starlink reserves the right to immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate Services without notice to protect the network or minimize congestion caused by unauthorized use. These actions could result in slower speeds or otherwise degraded services.
In the event of a significant and regular shortfall of the internet speeds referenced above that is attributable to Starlink, you may be entitled to legal remedies. If you are experiencing an issue, please contact support by submitting a ticket in your user account. We will make every effort to resolve your issue but, if we cannot, you have the option of turning to the regulatory authority or to a court.

The Service is billed monthly, in advance, until terminated. You may stop the recurring payment and cancel the Service at any time. There are no early termination fees. In case of Service termination, you are not entitled to a refund of the Starlink Kit, except within the initial 30-day period and pursuant to the conditions described in the Pre-Order Agreement.

The quickest way to receive a resolution is to log into your Starlink Account in the Customer Support Portal and submit a Customer Support Request describing your issue and your desired resolution. You may also send an email describing your issue and your desired resolution to starlinkresolutions@spacex.com.
