Transparent, Comparable, Adequate and Updated Information Related to Telecommunications Services

In compliance with the provisions established in the General Guidelines for the Publication of Transparent, Comparable, Adequate and Updated Information related to Telecommunications Services, Starlink users are informed of the following:

  1. Rates and Simplified Formats

    The rates, registration sheets with the IFT and their Simplified Formats are available for consultation on the page https://www.starlink.com/legal?regionCode=MX.

  2. Termination of the Contract

    Starlink does not establish mandatory contract terms. You may cancel the Service, and therefore the authorized monthly recurring charges, at any time without penalty.

  3. Access and Use of the Service

    a) Ordering

    To contract the Satellite Internet Service, you must previously acquire the Starlink Kit through the Starlink Pre-Order Agreement. Acceptance of the Starlink Pre-Order Agreement will represent your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Service.

    b) Cancellation

    To cancel the Service, you must notify your decision through the Starlink User Portal.

    c) Installation

    In order to use the Service, you must install the Starlink Kit in accordance with the Installation Guide available on the Starlink User Portal.

    d) Customer Service

    Customer Service provides support in connection with the Service as well as the Starlink Kit installation process. You may submit any questions through the Starlink User Portal.

    e) Procedures

    Any procedure related to the provision of the Service must be carried out by the owner through the Starlink User Portal.

    f) Payments

    Starlink will charge in advance for the satellite internet service, which will be applied to the payment method approved by you at the time of contracting the Service.

    g) Complaints

    You may submit any complaint, claim or question through your Starlink User Portal.

    i) Quality

    The Service meets the performance objectives established in the Starlink Specifications, which may be modified from time to time based on experience and innovation, and conform to the quality indices and parameters established by the Federal Telecommunications Institute.

    i) Acceptable Use Policy

    Starlink has an Acceptable Use Policy, which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Service and which allows it to provide the best Services to its users. Said Policy is mandatory for all Starlink users and can be consulted at https://www.starlink.com/legal?regionCode=MX.

    j) Coverage Maps

    You can consult the Starlink Coverage Map, as well as the availability of the Service at your address through the Starlink website.

    k) Equipment

    The Starlink Kit includes everything you need to connect to the Internet, including your Starlink antenna, Wi-Fi router, power supply, cables, and tripod mount.

    l) Compensations and Bonuses

    In the event that, in accordance with the applicable regulation, as well as with the Adhesion Contract registered with PROFECO, there are bonuses or compensations to be paid by Starlink, these will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of said Contract.
