HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR STARLINK SERVICES?

If you have a complaint about your Starlink Services or Kit, we want to help you find a solution as soon as possible. You can send us your complaint by one of the following means:

When opening a ticket:

The fastest way to get a solution is to log in to your Starlink Customer Portal account and submit a support request to customer service, describing your problem and your proposed solution.

Please include the expression “Customer Complaint” in the subject of your request.

By email:

You can describe your problem and the solution you propose and send it by email to starlinkresolutions@spacex.com

Please include the phrase “Customer Complaint” and your Starlink account number in the subject line of your email.

By mail:

You can send a detailed letter explaining your problem and the solution you propose to the following address:

Please include the phrase “Customer Complaint” and your Starlink account number in the subject line of your email.

If you decide to send us a complaint, we will need to have a detailed description of your problem and the best way to contact you, so that we can proceed with its investigation and respond to you.

HOW DO WE RESOLVE CLAIMS?

Our goal is to find solutions to our customers' difficulties as quickly as possible. We will do our best to solve your difficulty directly; however, if this is not possible, we will investigate your complaint further and respond with an update as soon as we can.

For complaints sent by email, we will respond to you within 10 working days of receipt.

After resolving your issue, we will close your claim file. We will also close it if we have tried to contact you but you have not replied to us after more than 15 days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint as a result, we will notify you in your account, with the heading “Blocking Notification”.
