This Service Plan will remain valid for indefinite period, until Starlink decides for its discontinuation.

To acquire the Starlink Kit and subscribe to the monthly Service, you must access Starlink website at www.starlink.com.

We will charge your approved payment method, including bank transfer, credit or debit cards (where available) for all charges made under the Agreement. The Services will be charged on a monthly basis.
We do not impose a data cap. Use of the Services is subject to the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for installation of the Starlink Kit in a location that has a clear field of view, per the Install Guide available in the Starlink Customer Portal. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning, ordinances, business district or association rules, covenants, conditions, restrictions, lease obligations and landlord/owner approvals and requirements for the installation of the Starlink Kit, to pay any associated fees or other charges, and to obtain any permits and other authorizations necessary for the Services and the installation of the Starlink Kit, except for the permits issued by ANATEL and the related fees charged by ANATEL for the activation of the Starlink Kit. Should use of the Services require any construction or alteration to your property, Starlink is not obliged to reimburse any expenses or restore your property to the same physical state as prior to delivery of Services. If you require a permanent roof mount installation, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with this type of installation, including, without limitation, with respect to any warranty that applies to your roof or penetration of your roof membrane. Follow the Install Guide. If you cannot safely install the Starlink Kit, do not install it.
The Acceptable Use Policy details the restrictions on the use of the Service. The following are examples of conduct which may lead to the suspension or termination of your Services: (1) accessing without permission or right the accounts or computer systems of others, spoofing the URL, DNS or IP addresses of Starlink or any other entity, penetrating the security measures of Starlink or any other person’s computer system, or attempting any of the foregoing: (2) transmitting uninvited communications, data or information, or engaging in other similar activities, including without limitation, “spamming”, “flaming”, and denial of service attacks; (3) intercepting, interfering with, or redirecting email or other transmissions sent by or to others; (4) introducing viruses, worms, harmful code, or Trojan horses on the Internet; (5) engaging in conduct that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or deceptive; (6) violating Starlink’s or any third party’s copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other intellectual property rights; (7) engaging in any conduct harmful to the Starlink network, the Internet generally, or other Internet users; (8) using the Services or Starlink Kit to violate any Starlink rule, policy, or guideline; (9) using the Services or Starlink Kit in any fashion for the transmission or dissemination of images containing child pornography or in a manner that is obscene, sexually explicit, cruel, or racist in nature, or which espouses, promotes, or incites bigotry, hatred, or racism; or (10) downloading or using the Services in or Starlink Kit in violation of other International Trade Controls described in the Service Terms.

Stated speeds and uninterrupted use of Services are not guaranteed. Users may experience higher latencies in regions that are far from Starlink ground stations, or during periods of high load on their user terminal. Actual speeds will likely be lower than the maximum speeds during times of high usage. Starlink may temporarily reduce speeds if our network is congested.
Mobile Services Subject to Regulatory Approval. Mobile Services are subject to regulatory approvals and are not available in all locations. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for (a) understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations associated with the use mobile Services and Kits; (b) obtaining any required authorizations; and (c) ceasing use of the Services or Kits where necessary based on geographic location.
The expected speeds above are based on Priority Access. Users with Basic Access may experience slower speeds and reduced performance compared to Priority Access.
In the event of a significant and regular shortfall of the internet speeds referenced above that is attributable to Starlink, you may be entitled to legal remedies. If you are experiencing an issue, please contact support by submitting a ticket in your user account. We will make every effort to resolve your issue. However, if we cannot, you have the option of turning to the regulatory authority or to a court.
Once you have properly installed the Starlink Kit, following the Install Guide, you will be able to use the Services immediately.
There is no minimum contract term. You may cancel the Services at any time pursuant to terms specified in the Pre-Order Agreement.
