Most Starlink hardware can be purchased directly from the Starlink Shop. However, some items such as Power Supply AC Cables and Router AC Cables can only be ordered by a Starlink Customer Support Agent. If you cannot find an item, start a chat with our Starlink AI assistant and our AI assistant will suggest a support ticket to connect you with a customer support agent that can help you find and order the item.

• Ensure that the appropriate hardware is selected before ordering.
• Some parts are not sold separately, such as the Gen 3 PoE Injector.
• The Gen 2 Mesh Router can be purchased from the Starlink Shop to replace a Gen 2 main router, subject to inventory availability.
• For installation accessories like grommets and bolts, we recommend visiting your local hardware store for additional parts if needed.
