Starlinks not attached to a service line (active or inactive) will not be visible from the drop down of the search bar on the dashboard. To view Starlinks that are not associated with a service line, go to the Starlink dashboard, and select "Manage Starlinks" on the left side bar.

Note: Starlinks linked to inactive service lines will appear in the dashboard.
